Domestic Orders

Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that you will be charged the price for the jewellery as it is listed on the day of purchase.

For orders being shipped Singapore, US, India, payment only in US Dollars is accepted, within Vietnam, payment only in Vietnam Dong (VND) is accepted. Prices are inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable.

In case international credit cards are being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to USD before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card policy. You may be required to share with us a copy of any Government issued photo identity proof of the country of residence as mentioned below:

a) Passport with Visa Copy; b) Driving license; c) Employment card; d) Any other government issued ID proof of the the country of residence.

International Orders

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. For orders being shipped outside, the payment will be accepted only in US Dollars. Applicable currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order.

Prices for international orders will include shipping and handling charges, taxes, etc., pertaining to the country of delivery.

Any other import duties or charges levied in the destination country of the shipment has to be borne by the customer. These Duties or Taxes are to be paid extra as per actuals prevailing at the time of delivery and are subject to change.

All the above rates are subject to changes and to be borne by the customer as per actuals at the time of delivery.

Domestic Orders

A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking Track Order and find the order status.

Express Delivery option available for select ZIP Codes for select cities for select products. Under this option, the product will be delivered the next day (VN, US, SG) subject to the condition that the order is placed by 2 PM. For Orders placed after 2 PM, the tentative delivery timelines will be T+2 days. If the delivery timeline falls on a public holiday or Sunday, the timeline for express delivery will be extended by another day.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer needs to produce any of the following Government issued photo identity proof for receiving the delivery:

International Orders

For International Orders, the tentative delivery timeline will be of T+15 days. PLEASE NOTE: Customer needs to produce PAN Card or passport or driving license for receiving the delivery for order value above USD 2,418 (INR 2 lakhs, VND 57,411,499). NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations.

Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within VN, SG, US.

International Order: In case of order which is to be shipped outside, customer has to bear the shipping and handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

In case the order is not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, freight charges and import duty will be levied to the customer.

Custom Clearance: All shipments of Jewellery exported from Singapore need to be cleared by the Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore the message on the package section which mentions: Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition. You will find the package sealed with a label saying Opened for Customs.

Logistics Service Provider: Our domestic logistic partner is UPS, DHL, Fedex, Viettel Post. Our international logistic partner is UPS.

NOTE: In case of International order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty and taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

b) You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Tierra reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. Further, Tierra also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely) or if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if Tierra has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our Website and other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.

c) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Tierra for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall bear such expenses.

d) Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item’s description.

e)If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then Tierra shall not be liable for such delay in the delivery of the product.

f) Any product you buy from our Website is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage, etc. Tierra is not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use of the product. This is applicable for both domestic and international orders.

There may be certain orders that Tierra cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Tierra identifies for not accepting the order. In case if any Indian states prohibit direct sale of merchandise from other states and require special documentation to effect such a sale without dual taxation, if we receive an order from such states or to be delivered to such states under such circumstances we retain the right to accept or reject the order.

We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Tierra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Tierra reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.

Tierra is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order. NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products, except for those cases where a defective product has been delivered. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You are required to report the defect within 30 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on 1800-3535-800 or writing to us on [email protected]. For the refund on the returned defective product please check the section on Refund below.

30-days Return Policy for Domestic orders only : In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within USA, Sinagapore, Vietnam). Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

How to Initiate the Refund Process?

• Customers should contact Tierra customer support on 1800-3535-800 or write to [email protected] within 30 days from the receipt of product.
• Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.
• All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
• Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
• For jewellery products, an orange lock will be provided inside the Jewellery box for return purposes. Customer has to return the jewellery product in its original package with the box locked with the orange lock. Without compliance of the above, returns will not be accepted by our shipping agent.
• In case of jewellery product, our customer care will call the customer for confirmation on the serial number of the orange lock provided with the jewellery box. Return process for jewellery products cannot be initiated without confirmation of the lock serial number.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at our warehouse.

Products purchased from the Website may only be exchanged at Tanishq, Mia.

International

Products purchased from the Website may be exchanged at Tierra, PNJ, SJC, Tiffany & Co.

1.Tanishq, Mia by Tierra Products Exchange :

a) Jewellery sold through any Tierra Stores outlet or the respective brand websites, as applicable, will be accepted for exchange at the store, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of the exchange policy which is operated at the discretion of the Company

b) 24kt, 22kt, 18kt, 14kt gold and studded jewellery, and platinum jewellery will be accepted for exchange after due examination for purity, defects, weights and originality, damage or stone defects (cracks, replacements, alterations) including the Company/Brand mark / logo. In case of any discrepancy in the product, it will not be accepted for exchange.

c) For any exchange, original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be produced.

d) The terms for valuation of the product is given below,

i. Gold / plain platinum products will be valued at 100% prevailing metal rate at the respective stores on the day of exchange.

ii. Diamonds (on studded gold / platinum products) will be valued at 100% prevailing stone rate on the day of exchange.

iii. Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewellery) will be valued at 100% prevailing stone rate if customer buys studded gold / studded platinum product against the exchange

iv. Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewellery) will be valued at 90% prevailing stone rate if the customer buys plain gold / plain platinum product or coin against exchange.

v. No exchange for Solitaires of 2 carats and above

vi. Other Studded products will be valued at 80% of prevailing value of the product

vii. Any other category of products not mentioned above will need to be checked with the respective stores for the prevailing terms and conditions

viii. Making charges, taxes, and any discount given on the original invoice, will be deducted in full.

The exchange program may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the company
